I love snow...in fact i'm thinking of relocating to Kangwon-Do....until then I will have to put up with the meagre amounts that fall in Seoul...
By gum, it's a bit parky...

Why weren't the schools closed and traffic at a standstill? After all that's what usually happens here when there's that amount of snow. It will of course have made your news headlines.
